Candidates Forum held
|

|
March 20, 2001 - - SoRo and the League of Women Voters sponsored
a Candidates Forum at Hamilton High School to see who will replace Mike Feuer for City Council - District 5 up for election April 10th.
This successful Forum featured Jill Barad, Nathan
Bernstein, Joe Connolly,
Tom Hayden, Laura Lake, Constantina Milonopolos, Stephen Saltzman, Robyn Ritter Simon, Victor Viereck and Jack Weiss. (Candidate Ken Gerston was unable to attend). These fine candidates running for City Council District 5 replied to to issues important to SoRo such as billboards, community police, etc.
